Book appointment
During your initial consultation, we will go over screening factors to see if you are eligible for medication to aid on weight loss journey. If you qualify, lab work will need to be completed.
If you have most recent lab work (BMP, CBC, TSH, Hgb A1c), that will expedite first consultation.
After lab work is received and reviewed, medication will be ordered.
After 1st month, we will do tele-health appt before ordering further medication.

Pre-appointment details
Please have all lab work, most recent exercise plan, and most accurate diet you are on. Please note, there are NO wrong answers. I am here to help!
Cancellation policies
When you schedule an appointment, I set that time aside for you. If you cancel with-in 24 hrs, a $30 fee is applied.
